Filling (3 option)

  • Traditional

    • 100g shrimp without heads size

    • 100g bean spouts

    • 200g pork belly thinly sliced

    • 1 medium onion thinly sliced

  • Bacon and Cheese

    • 2 trades of shredded bacon

    • 1 medium brown onion

    • 1 cup of shredded cheese

  • Vegetarian: Mushroom & Cheese

    • 1 cup of mixed mushroom

    • 1 medium brown onion

    • 1 cup of shredded cheese

Garnishes

    • 1 head green salads

    • 1 bunch mint

Instructions

Making Bánh Xèo: Each crepe takes about 2 to 3 minutes. Add water till the indicated line.
  • Step 1

    Add water and shake bottle until your batter forms a smooth consistency

  • Step 2

    Lightly oil and heat a non-stick frying pan on a high temperature

  • Step 3

    Pour a thin layer of batter, swirling to spread across the pan's surface. Cover and cook for 1 min

  • Step 4

    Uncover and top with a cooked filling of your choice and a handful of fresh bean sprouts. Re-cover and cook for another minute

  • Step 5

    Fold the crepe in half and enjoy with your chosen side garnish
