Instructions

Step 1
Add water and shake bottle until your batter forms a smooth consistency

Lightly oil and heat a non-stick frying pan on a high temperature

Pour a thin layer of batter, swirling to spread across the pan's surface. Cover and cook for 1 min

Uncover and top with a cooked filling of your choice and a handful of fresh bean sprouts. Re-cover and cook for another minute
